Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in sale agreements, deeds and abstracts of title for conversion from agriculture to non-agriculture land.
• Experience in title issues pertaining to property including the revision of legal descriptions and determining real property ownership.
• Experience in documents relating to the acquisition and disposition of commercial and private real property.
• Experience in sale and transfer of real property and title searches to establish ownership.
• Examined public land records; prepared title ownership reports and title opinions and performed title curative
• Prepared ownership reports & assisted in drafting legal title opinions.
• Experience in handling clients on title clear, rent deed, land deed, purchase and sale agreements and joint operating agreements.
• Experience in purchase and sale agreements and ancillary documentation, including corporate governance matters.
• Experience in handling independent title service to foreclose real estate and firms.

Requirements and Skills

• Legal research skills for land documents and search in sub registrar office and for land purchase.
• A minimum of 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with lawyer and builder.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and writing Guajarati language..
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, reasoning, and negotiation skills.
• Strong research and verbal and written communication skills.
• Good leadership, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and time constraints to meet deadlines.
• Must have knowledge of land documentation like 7/12 & other.
• Must have knowledge of D.I.L.R.
