Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To do recruitments for positions as per the need of the company
  • To source candidates from different portals/social media
  • To co-ordinate with recruitment agencies
  • To screen and shortlist candidates
  • To take telephonic round of interviews with candidates
  • To schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates with management
  • To do background verification of new joiners
  • To issue offer letter, Appointment letters, joining form to new joiners.
  • To conduct induction and onboarding of new joiners
  • To educate new joiners about company policies
  • To complete joining and exit formalities of concerned team mates in timely manner
  • To plan and execute monthly employee engagement and team building activities
  • To prepare training calendar
  • To provide operational support in execution of trainings
  • To handle daily attendance and leaves of employees
  • To handle daily employee grievances
  • To ensure work anniversaries, birthday's, and festival celebrations
  • To do monthly rewards and recognitions for team mates
  • To maintain employee database for the company
  • To assist HR Manager in executing PMS
  • To handle payroll of employees
  • To take daily reporting from the teams
Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Should be empathetic
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Good observation and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of labour laws will be an added advantage
