Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain product/service details clearly and convincingly.
Follow up with interested leads to convert them into customers.
Maintain call records and update CRM tools regularly.
Meet daily and weekly calling & conversion targets.
Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
Coordinate with the sales/support team when required.
Work independently and manage time efficiently.
Provide feedback on lead quality and customer responses.
