About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Report Writer with strong expertise in SQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS to design, develop, and maintain business reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into insightful data visualizations and reports.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to extract and transform data.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
• Optimize existing reports and queries for better performance and maintainability.
• Support data validation, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data sources and reporting logic.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills require.
• 2-4 years of experience in report development and data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, views, performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report publishing, and dashboards).
• Expertise in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for building and maintaining paginated reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Experience with SSIS or ETL processes.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Exposure to cloud reporting platforms (e.g., Azure).

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
