Roles and Responsibilities The AGM/GM of Administration will be responsible for overseeing the administration operations of all 1600 branches across India. This role involves developing and implementing effective administrative policies, procedures, and strategies that will enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. The AGM/GM will also be responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions such as facilities management, security, transportation, procurement, and vendor management are aligned with the organization\'s objectives and values. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective administrative policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of all branches.
  • Ensure that all administrative functions are in compliance with the organization\'s policies, statutory regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the administrative team across all branches.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for administrative functions and ensure that all expenditure is within the approved budget.
  • Oversee facilities management, including the maintenance of all buildings, equipment, and utilities.
  • Ensure that security measures are in place to protect the organization\'s assets, employees, and customers.
  • Develop and manage transportation services for employees and materials, including the maintenance of company-owned vehicles.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement processes to measure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative functions.
  • Ensure that all branch offices comply with the organization\'s safety and health policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of administrative functions with overall organizational objectives.
