Job Summary
The B2C Sales Executive is responsible for generating direct sales by engaging with individual homebuyers. The role involves prospecting, conducting property presentations, guiding clients through the purchasing journey, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in real estate or high-value B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and qualify potential homebuyers through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, social media, and events.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information.
Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into site visits.
2. Sales & Client Engagement
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Provide timely support and information to customers throughout the buying process.
Assist clients with paperwork, agreement signing, and coordination with internal teams.
4. Market Research & Reporting
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights on customer preferences.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing activities.
