Share feedback and insights on customers experience with the Store Manager to enhance the same.
Keep track of the latest market trends, competition.
Assist with all other duties as directed from superiors, from time to time.
Job Specification
Must have 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Customer Service for a Luxury product.
Must be a graduate. Degree / Diploma in Fashion is a plus.
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
Candidate with multi designer experience is a must
Must have Customer Service Orientation.
Must be proactive and a keen learner.
Must be a Team player.
