Responsibilities
Develop Sales Strategies: Analyze market trends, identify business growth opportunities, and create sales plans
Manage Sales Teams: Hire, train, and motivate sales representatives
Set Sales Targets: Set goals for individual representatives and the sales team as a whole
Build Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
Monitor Sales Performance: Track sales performance and provide reports to senior management
Identify Business Opportunities: Find new business opportunities and ways to increase business
Train Sales Representatives: Train and develop sales representatives to meet targets
Implement Company Policies: Drive changes in marketing strategies, introduce new products, and refine business processes

FMCG Sector | Tea Industry experience of 7+ years
Distribution Sales | Channel Sales * Age 30-45yrs max
