Job Description
Any Degree or Diploma with above 6 months or 1-year Experience in AMC(Annual Maintenance charges).
Should have Excellent communication and presentation
Handle AMC business at the customer end.
Provide Warranty support .
Should have strong customer relationship Management.
Follow up and close warranty complaints promptly in respective areas.
Should have AMC Renewal,
Should have payment Follow up, Payment collection.
An electronic product Background will be preferable..
