Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Pre-process filament and maintain quality thereof for use in FDM
• Setup and operate CNC-controlled FDM
• Monitor FDM process quality and make adjustments if
• Perform post-processing such as cutting and support
• Schedule multiple jobs and projects in parallel, managing multiple machines to achieve throughput.
• Work with engineering and technical teams to improve process, give feedback and suggestions on machines and projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety in the work
• Troubleshooting, preventive & scheduled
• Participate in skill enhancement training
• Prepare digital copies of production report and upload to

Requirements:

• Adhere to safety and health procedures
• Experience with FDM /FFF Extruders or CNC Machines
• Able to communicate verbally & in writing in English
• Able to follow manuals, instructions and procedures
• Able to manage machine time and schedules

Experience: 0-1 year
Salary: Negotiable (Up to 4 Lakhs per year), Depends on case-to-case basis and skillset.
