JOB PROFILE:

  • Managing and developing the Centre with processes and people
  • Effective driving of enabling processes and achieving the Planned Top-Line and Bottom-Line of B2C Businesses
  • Sales-Force Effectiveness.
  • Developing & Deploying Promotion Strategies for Product Offerings.
  • Brand metrics awareness, consideration, preference, advocacy, and associations
  • Profitability (EBITDA and EBT as a percentage of revenue)
  • Develop a granular strategy execution plan and monitor the same to drive results on the relevant business objectives.
  • Managing major corporate accounts and maintaining the relationship with existing clients and bringing in new clients into the fold.
  • Brand Development and Communication
  • Identify critical roles within the LOB and ensure that they are staffed by employees who have met the criteria of talent
  • Streamlined & grew sales funnel, leading revenue as per the target.
  • Business Process owner, using technology to increase B2C interaction over multiple channels including whats app, Facebook, YouTube, Google search engine, SMS, Tele calling & physical Merchandise.
  • Brand building & Repositioning for better market acceptance of Products & Risk mitigation for umbrella brands.
  • Developing new channel partners across digital & Traditional Channels to maintain a steady flow of business

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate with a postgraduate in Management (Preferred)Certifications and accolades.
  • REQUISITE EXPERIENCE Essential Experience of 5+years in the same profile with proven expertise in the Ability to build strategic plans for, at least, a 3-year horizon.
  • Result orientation and Revenue generation of 4 lakhs/month to start with. Ability to motivate one’s team to deliver on expectations.
  • Ability to harness the potential of ecosystems – partners, experts, industry associations, etc. Managing major corporate accounts and maintaining the relationship with existing clients and bringing in new clients into the fold.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask Excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Ability to work with aggressive targets and think of out-of-the-box solutions when in a deadlock. Robust leadership abilities and an innovative, entrepreneurial attitude In-depth knowledge of market techniques and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
