About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attending customer calls and complaints professionally
2. Managing customer service field team/support technicians
3. Coordinating with the client, production team, and management
4. Proactively monitoring VTS devices through dashboard/MIS/web app
5. Planning replacement/maintenance of faulty devices
6. Conducting customer training on VTS front-end operations/report generations
7. Working on GPS data analysis
8. Updating information systems
9. Reporting progress/status to customer and other concerned
10. Working on other relevant activities related to VTS operations and desired by clients
