Job Summary:
We are hiring proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executives (Tele callers) to support administrative tasks and coordinate with clients. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to- day operations and effective internal communication.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle documentation and process paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain office files and digital records.
  • Support internal teams with data entry and follow-up tasks.
  • Communicate with clients and update them on service status.
  • Perform tele calling for basic inquiries or coordination.
  • Assist office staff with routine administrative work.
Required Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet browsing
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
  • Experience in tele calling and customer coordination is an advantage
