Objective:

As a Digital Engagement Manager at HCCB, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company\'s B2B engagement strategy, primarily focusing on different communication channels. You will be responsible for driving retailer interactions, ensuring brand visibility, and facilitating effective communication between HCCB and its B2B partners (Retailers).

Job Responsibilities:

1. B2B Engagement Strategy:

- Craft and execute a comprehensive B2B engagement plan, utilising various communication channels tailored to distinct cohorts.

- Identify target segments, cohorts, and customise engagement initiatives to meet specific needs.

2. Content Creation:

- Develop captivating and relevant campaign content in collaboration with external agencies.

- Evaluate content and metrics to determine effectiveness and ensure alignment with HCCB\'s branding and messaging guidelines.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners through digital platforms.

- Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, informed by market research and insights-driven campaigns.

4. Analytics and Performance Monitoring:

- Assess engagement metrics and key performance indicators to gauge the success of digital campaigns and AB tests.

- Implement data-driven improvements.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize digital engagement efforts with overarching business objectives.

6. Trend Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies to remain competitive and forward-thinking.

Reports To: Lead - Digital Engagement - eB2B

Key Customers:

Internal Customers: Zonal teams, COEs, ZVPs, enabling function, Procurement, HCCB Leadership Team, HR & Finance Managers supporting Zone etc.

External Customers: 3rd party vendors: creative agencies etc.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: Degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in digital engagement and marketing, preferably in a FMCG sector.

Functional Skills:

- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to create compelling content.

- Knowledge of CRM platforms.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
