Manage front office operations, visitor handling, and basic reception duties.
Coordinate with different departments for enquiry follow-ups and customer support.
Maintain and organize documents, files, and customer records.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and basic documentation.
3. Communication & Coordination
Act as a communication link between customers and internal teams.
Follow up with clients for pending documents, appointments, or clarifications.
Handle email communication and respond to queries on time.
4. General Office Duties
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with admin for replenishment.
Support HR/Admin in day-to-day office activities when required.
Maintain cleanliness and smooth functioning of front desk area.
