Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional manner. Listen to customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update details in the system. Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or concerned department. Follow communication scripts and company policies. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.

Freshers only (no prior experience required) Age limit: below 26 years Immediate joiners preferred Minimum qualification: 12th pass
