Vozrozhdenie contributes largely to urban development of the cities by implementing a variety of industrial jobs of construction of motor highways, traffic interchanges, bridges and engineering constructions; construction and reconstruction of cities, restoration and reconstruction of historical monuments, mining, dressing and sales of natural stone, production and supply of construction materials. With state-of-the-art technologies, extensive proprietary resource base and highly qualified staff, the Company's operations comply with the highest international quality standards. We are currently executing projects with a work order book of more than 5000 Cr in India. Role: Highway Design Engineer (in office) Education Qualification: Required : BE/ B Tech Civil Engineer / B Arch Optional: M Tech Highway/ M Arch Urban Planning Responsibilities:

• Providing the technical assurance of designs and develop innovative and integrated design solutions.
• Handling the design process and work with a team of engineers to carry out designing, modelling/drafting and documentation
• Motivating other project team to higher the levels of performance, ensuring they comply with business processes and procedures in a timely manner.

Complete design of Highways Comprising of : -

• Planning of new Highways, Improvement of Existing Highways Geometrics.
• Designing the highway components like horizontal profile, vertical profile, curve design etc.
• Hydraulic design, Design of High Embankments.
• Design of Flexible and Rigid Pavement.
• General Arrangement Drawings for Highway Structures.
• Preparing the rate of analysis and cost estimate.
• Interacting with client and fulfilling their requirements.
• Proof Checking of design carried by other agencies.
• Timely delivery of the project.

Candidate Profile:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering/Architecture/Urban Planning.
• At least 3 years' experience, ideally within an Engineering/Project Management role.
• Knowledge of latest IRC and IS codes.
• Dedicated Professional with keen interest in Core Engineering.
• Knowledge of design software's such as Civil 3D, MX Road, AUTOCAD Civil and other design software's; and Microsoft tools such as MS Excel, MS Word.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Organized and able to multi-task effectively.
• Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month Schedule:
