Job Description

Hexaware\'s GBS / SSC solutions provide F&A, Procurement, Sales Operations, Supply Chain and HR operations outsourcing & transformation solutions to Global clients. As a Sr. Solution Architect, you will be required to understand client current landscape across operations & technology and create a To Be state solution encompassing operations outsourcing & transformation including Target Operating Model design, Digital transformation, Analytics / Reporting & Metrics improvement solutions across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales Operations & HR services.

Other responsibility areas will include :

- Creating responses to RFPs / RFIs

- Undertake client discovery sessions / Due Diligence

- Work on proposal defense packs & anchor proposal defense sessions onsite at client locations or remotely via video conferencing

- Develop partnership with digital solution providers

- Create new solutions / offerings & GTM approach for the same

- Contribute to GBS best practices repository

- Undertake client current state benchmarking & Consult clients on GBS set up, transformation & business case

- Work on deal pricing, anchor complete project P&L development & ensure price aligns to broad margin & other guidelines

- Work on analyst submissions for getting Hexaware GBS services rated in top global Analyst ratings

Desired Candidate Profile:

Subject matter expert and practitioner in one or more of the following areas:

- Finance & Accounting - Subledger Accounting (AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Financial Close, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Financial Reporting

- Procurement - Strategic & tactical Procurement, spend analytics, Buy side & Sale side supply chain

- Sales Operations: Order to Invoice value chain including quoting, proposals, order management, Credit Analysis, Billing, Credit Memo management

Other skills required :

- Preferably 10 to 15 years experience across F&A / Finance Transformation / Procurement / Sales Operations BPO solutions

- Strong Excel & Power point skills

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills

- Strong Storytelling, communication & client facing skills

- Continuous Learning & Ability to reskill on emerging technologies viz. Data Science, Generative AI, Blockchains etc.

- Willingness for frequent international / domestic travel

Education :

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance from top / mid tier B schools

- Professionals certifications across Finance / procurement / Supply Chain / Digital Technologies etc.
