Key Responsibilities
Assisting with Repairs:
Providing tools, parts, and hands-on support to mechanics during vehicle or machinery repairs.
Basic Maintenance:
Performing tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, lubrication, and tire rotations.
Cleaning and Organization:
Maintaining a clean and organized workshop, cleaning tools, and ensuring proper storage of parts and equipment.
Parts Handling:
Retrieving, delivering, and organizing necessary tools, parts, and equipment to mechanics.
Preparation Tasks:
Cleaning machinery with solvents and rags to prepare components for inspection and repair.
Inspection:
Assisting with the inspection of machinery, vehicles, and mechanical components to identify issues.
Documentation:
Recording maintenance activities, repairs performed, and materials used.
Safety Compliance:
Adhering to all safety guidelines, protocols, and procedures to prevent accidents.
