: Front Office Executive/Help Desk Support/Admin Executive
As a Front Office Executive/Help Desk Support, you will serve as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring smooth communication and efficient assistance across all departments, responsibilities include handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, addressing staff queries, coordinating housekeeping orders, supporting new staff enrolment, and assisting with administrative tasks. Play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and fostering a seamless experience for both internal teams and external clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle
first inquiry calls
(via Google, references, etc.)
Handling client calls, share the quotation based on requirement
Assign
site visits
for large-scale commercial or newly built sites
Gather
Deepcleaning job slot availability
to facilitate bookings
Maintain records of daily chemical in & out for service
Support accounts team for raising quotation, invoice, billing etc
Track pending payments &
close invoices after payments are received
Send
proposal emails for commercial sites
and secure confirmations
Handling staff calls, record the queries in register & ensure its solved within the timeline
Placing orders of housekeeping & admin requirements
Enrollment of new joiners & share requirement for background verification
Track
petrol/fuel consumption
for operational efficiency
Track & update
bus pass requirement
for housekeeping staff before 30th of every month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,580.19 - ₹25,000.00 per month
