Job Description

Provide technical support:

Assist users with hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues:

Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to higher levels of support.

Maintain documentation:

Update knowledge base and documentation with troubleshooting steps and solutions.

Customer service:

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring user satisfaction.

Follow-up:

Monitor and follow up on support requests to ensure resolution.

Escalate issues:

Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or managers.

Learn and adapt:

Stay up-to-date with new technologies and systems.
