Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate heavy/commercial vehicle models.
Present product features, technical specifications, and commercial benefits clearly and effectively.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and support customers during test drives.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales while maintaining company guidelines.
Coordinate with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales trackers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Provide post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma required.
1-3 years of experience in commercial or heavy vehicle sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of heavy vehicle features, applications, and industry segments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.
