:
Proposal writer primary role will be to Provide editing, proofreading, word processing, graphics, and editing support for client proactive and RFP proposals.
Employ various means to develop creative documents necessary to communicate the company\'s ability to perform services request in the RFP.
Edit and help develop relevant PowerPoint presentations.
Very good understanding of US Healthcare BPO industry and process
Solution Definition / Build / Integration:
- Build Healthcare Payer and Provider solutions (story thought process and content slide making) with inputs from service lines
- Writes creative English and builds distinguished solution and capability slides
- Probes the customer and asks relevant questions to get the necessary clarifications on requirements and conveys the same to the solution teams
- Works with SMEs to come up with specific offerings based on market demand
- Makes a presentation of the solution to the client
- Healthcare industry knowledge with experience in Business Process Outsourcing to support US Healthcare Payer and Providers
- Must have experience in proposal/content writing in Healthcare domain
- Minimum of 8-10 years of BPO experience in Healthcare solutions space
- Creating customized value proposition for customers and creating a winning solution
- Should be well versed with macro environment of the Healthcare Industry
