Purpose
To ensure the regular follow up of renewal leads from assigned data to explain health insurance products & solutions and convert leads to final closures to achieve given targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.Upsell other products wherever possible
Selling health insurance over the call, to explain health insurance products & solutions
Educating the customers online regarding health policy buying/renewal process
To be focused on the quality of call and to give customer a better experience
Maintain lead tracker and sales tracker - update calls along with the status
Must HavesGood knowledge in Insurance & financial products
1-3 years' experience in BFSI sales - Preferable from Insurance renewal or tele sales
Excellent communication & relationship skills
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Minimum Experience Level
0 - 4 years
