We are looking to hire a Health Food Drinks -CTI Lead in Health Food Drinks (Nutrition) team based in Gurgaon R&D. Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job: Are you our new Consumer Insight manager, who can bring the voice of our consumers into Health Food Drink Innovations A great opportunity to work on renowned HFD brands in the field of Nutrition i.e., Horlicks and Boost. HFD innovation agenda is led by cutting edge science and technology. HFD CTI team works hand in hand with Business and R&D teams to actively define and shape the innovations into consumer winning mixes. For this role we are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join us in this incredible journey of creating disruptive solutions deeply rooted in consumer truth and foresight. This role requires working closely with R&D and CMI teams to shape the future of HFD innovation by spotting the right opportunities from emerging consumer and technology trends and to generate relevant consumer insights that will guide product innovation and Renovation. The incumbent would work closely with Nutrtion Science &Technology R&D BG programs. Main Accountabilities : Consumer Insight champion for Innovation and renovation programmes, ensuring that consumer insights milestones are delivered for renovation and innovations. Partner closely with R&D, Marketing and CMI teams to work on defining the strategic insights requirement for the future innovations. Lead the design and execution of consumer insights programs to ensure delivery against the Consumer Insight milestones. Mine and analyse data from different sources to identify big insights that will drive the innovation opportunities for the HFD category. Design and manage the capabilities and infrastructure to deliver the programme, including digital tools, sensory capability, external ecosystem partners etc. Responsible for talent development and coaching of WL1 team members. Ability to translate consumer insights into action standards for technology and innovations. Good understanding of insight methodologies used to understand consumer behaviour and product performance. Ability to grasp simple scientific concepts and ideas. Awareness of digital approaches to research, statistical tools and predictive modelling. Excellent reasoning and analytical skills Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with ability to work across teams and cultures Passion for learning. Relevant Experience Science or Social Science post graduate degree Minimum 10+ years of work experience involving consumer research or innovations Work experience in an FMCG on consumer insight role for product innovation is highly desirable. Awareness of digital visualisation tools are desirable.
