What this job involves

• The Food and Beverage Lead has the function to assist the JLL Regional Food and Beverage Lead under the management of the JLL Regional Operations Manager.
• The F&B Supervisor is responsible for assisting in all aspects of client satisfaction relating to food and beverage services

The Food and Beverage Lead is directly accountable for the following typical activities across Pan India locations:

• Be familiar with & operate to the Scope of Work as defined in the JLL \xe2\x80\x93 Client Agreement
• Provide support for MK Culinary as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from culinary within Pan India ensuring MK services are delivered as per Clients requirement.
• Customer satisfaction is always achieved and exceeded; obtaining regular feedback and executing improvement plans based on feedback
• Preparation and tracking of accurate monthly reports of itemized food cost to JLL Regional Food and Beverage Lead
• Preparation and tracking of food consumption data to JLL Regional Food and Beverage Lead
• Responsible for ordering and inventory tracking of all goods purchased including check in/receiving.
• Responsible for Invoice and Payment process for vendors on JLL & client systems.
• Ensuring the effective organization, food, hygiene safety compliance of micro kitchen areas and storerooms
• Evaluation of vendors and suppliers to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery and ensure they are meeting contractual obligations to the client.
• Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
• Adhere to JLL\xe2\x80\x99s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines, procedures, and strategies
• Help maintain monthly budgets and expenses and report to JLL Regional Food and Beverage Lead
• Assist procurement and culinary team with RFPs and SOWs
• Requirement to travel and execute the above within Pan India locations
• Ensure the Culinary Playbook and Facebook\xe2\x80\x99s Culinary guidance is executed consistently and support where required

Skills

• Awareness of restricted, special and/or religious diets, food allergens and intolerances
• Experience in supporting high profile events an advantage
• Ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
• Flexible \xe2\x80\x93 able to adapt and effectively deal with rapidly changing, stressful situations
• Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
• Able to work independently and be a team player
• Demonstrate drive to meet deadlines
