The Head-Asset Management will oversee and optimise property assets to enhance their value and operational efficiency. This role requires expertise in property management and strategic planning within the real estate industry.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximise asset value and performance.
• Oversee property operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting for property assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for property enhancement and revenue generation.
• Monitor market trends to inform decision-making and identify investment opportunities.
• Lead negotiations for leasing, contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Ensure effective maintenance and risk management for all properties under your purview.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the property management team in New Delhi.
