Requirements:
? Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 10+ years of experience and post qualification in similar role
? Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, SAP, and the Companies Act.
? Experience in accounts finalization, financial reporting with SAP exposure.
? Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and compliance regulations.
? Expertise in SAP ERP modules related to finance and accounting.
? Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
? Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee accounts finalization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
? Lead the financial reporting process, including preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements and cash flow reports.
? Ensure SAP implementation and optimization for financial processes, leveraging its capabilities for efficiency and accuracy.
? Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
? Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
? Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements.
? Lead and mentor the accounts team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
? Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory authorities.
? Drive cost optimization initiatives and financial risk management strategies.
? Proven expertise in month-end closures, cost and tax audits, financial reporting, statutory compliances, and audit management.
? Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on governance, accuracy, and process efficiency.
