Position Purpose



Job Summary

• Is responsible to plan, direct and oversee the operations and running cost of the WM IS Chennai Hub
• Is responsible for providing global direction to employees, build a strong, motivated and engaged workforce, foster a positive work culture and accountable environment
• Is responsible for planning/applying and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources within the WM IS Chennai Hub

Key objectives

• Development of the WM IS Hub Chennai Extension.
• Development of a competent workforce to carry out and to attain the missions and goals of the WMIS Hub.
• Manage the daily rate and its evolution

Contributing Responsibilities
Site Management

• Manage the overall operational, budgetary and activities of the site.
• Manage and monitor internal and external suppliers
• Devise, establish and maintain relevant controls to monitor the operations of the site in alignment with WM IS Global and ISPL business metrics
• Work collaboratively with the WM IS domains and ISPL recruitment teams to support business requirements including capacity management.
• Ensure the commitment of the staff to the principles of WMIS and ISPL Governances and Policies
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the WM IS CIO and ISPL CIO for management reporting

Specific Qualifications (if required)



At least 15 years of experience in IT preferably with some experience on Wealth Management domain

• Previous experience in managing extended team (>200 headcounts)
• Knowledge of process improvement programs and Agile frameworks, especially Scrum
• Excellent Team Management and communication skills
• Strong functional expertise in the Wealth Management field is a plus
• Knowledge of WMIS functions and processes is a plus
• Fluent in English, speaking and writing
