Employer Branding:
Strengthen employer brand value proposition through online/offline branding, campus engagement, and industry visibility.
Partnerships:
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, universities, and HR technology vendors.
Process Excellence:
Establish and enforce recruitment SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency across all business units.
Technology & AI in Recruitment:
Leverage AI tools, digital platforms, and recruitment technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and selection, driving speed, efficiency, and better hiring outcomes.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Workforce Forecasting:
Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate future talent needs and plan proactively. Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
Metrics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, and present insights to leadership.
Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to build organizational capability and scalability.
Diversity Hiring:

MBA (HR)
Experience
10-12 years of progressive recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a senior talent acquisition leadership role
