The TA Head will oversee talent acquisition strategies and processes to attract top talent within the Technology industry. This role is based in Bangalore and requires expertise in recruitment and workforce planning to meet organisational goals.
- Own and drive the end- to- end technology hiring strategy for the India tech center.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver on hiring goals.

- Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche technology roles through innovative sourcing strategies.

- Leverage data- driven insights to optimize hiring processes and improve time- to- fill metrics.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership levels.
