Transformational Opportunity in world's largest leading natural resources conglomerate

Location: Delhi

Through integrated efforts across shelters, veterinary hospitals, training academies, wildlife conservation, and disaster relief, TACO is building one of India's most impactful, scalable animal care ecosystems.

The Opportunity

1. Drive the strategic vision and execution across all pillars: shelter, veterinary care, training, and wildlife conservation.
2.Lead animal rescue, rehabilitation, and community-based veterinary services across geographies.
3.Scale outreach, awareness, and capacity-building programs to foster compassion and responsible care.
4.Forge partnerships with government, NGOs, and domain experts to build a national animal welfare ecosystem.
5.Oversee conservation initiatives and help mitigate human-animal conflict in key regions.
6.Ensure excellence in shelter management, mobile units, and emergency response systems.
7.Report progress to AAF leadership and lead TACO's expansion across India.

The Successful Candidate

MBA/BVSc with 15+ years of experience, including min 5 years in a leadership role managing impactful CSR projects across diverse geographies. Strong skills in stakeholder management, partnerships, communication & budgeting. A demonstrated passion for animal welfare, wildlife conservation, or community development is essential to drive structured, humane impact.
