This role is responsible for leading, planning, and executing social impact projects in the field of education. Social Impact projects involve working with school teachers and students and implementing projects of Prayoga both in long term and long term formats. The Social Impact Project Head provides leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure effective design, successful implementation of multiple projects as per budgets, timelines, resources and deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify/ understand social causes and opportunities in School Education in tandem with education research initiatives of Prayoga.
  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively implement and measure the social impact of projects.
  • Build, train and manage cross-functional teams, including staff, volunteers, and partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, funders, and volunteers.
  • Develop and manage project proposals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that they are feasible and align with organizational priorities.
  • Ensure timely collation of data/ information, analysis, and research outcomes to inform management for decision-making.
  • Communicate project updates and outcomes to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, and partners.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve social impact projects incorporating feedback from stakeholders and participants.
  • Visit schools regularly to establish a healthy relationship and connect with schools management and other stakeholders and evaluate the effectiveness of social impact programs
  • Establish healthy and working with various authorities in the field of Education
Qualifications:
  • Should have worked as Principal or head of educational institution for at least 10 years
  • Should have good understanding of working of educational institutions and Schools in particular, to understand the expectations, challenges and attitudes of students, teachers, parents and the management
  • Experience in mentoring and training teachers
  • Excellent people management skills and ability to communicate to all stakeholders in the education ecosystem.
  • Attention to detail in designing and managing projects
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing budgets and timelines.
  • Passion for social impact and a deep understanding of social issues and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91.00 - 92.00 per month Benefits:
