Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent performance.- Drive lead generation through networking, channel partners, and direct sales.- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and investors.- Oversee the entire sales cycle-from prospecting to deal closure.- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.- Set individual and team KPIs, and track performance against targets.- Organize and participate in property shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align sales campaigns and customer service.- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.Requirements:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 8-12 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, customer preferences, and property trends.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
