Head Sales - Parboiler & Dryer

Purpose of the Job: To strategize and develop Business and manage Product portfolio in Parboiler & Dryer (PBD)

Reporting to: Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

List of Responsibilities:

1. Lead Sales activities for Parboilers & Dryers

2. Ensure Customer satisfaction throughout the Product life cycle post Sales execution

3. Product and Price Management

4. Responsible for managing the Pre sales & Post sales activities

5. Coordination with key Stakeholders for pre/post sales erection/commissioning activities

6. Build brand value through various Sales promotional activities.

7. Innovate in bringing new technologies to Parboiling & Dryer

Position Specification:

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E, Desirable MBA

Industry specific Experience: Expert knowledge in Parboiler & Dryer technology (Leader in Sales Vertical of Parboiler & Dryer)

Managerial Experience: Required

Strong Sales oriented and performer

Excellent in achieving the Targets consistently
