To lead, guide and manage the effective formulation of the Sales, Marketing & CRM strategies for Emami Realty Ltd.
To effectively drive top line growth, desired positioning in the market and brand recall.
Key Responsibilities
Hard-core sales and marketing experience from the real estate sector
Contribute to the business planning process by providing inputs in terms of revenue projection and Growth.
Develop project marketing & promotion strategies and ensure effective and timely communication of new projects
Provide inputs on the marketing feasibility of identified properties to the management
Benchmark best practices and develop competitive strategy for Marketing, Sales
Anchor the development of customer relationship building processes and ensure the effective implementation of the same at the operational level
Review the agreements and contracts drafted by the customers / external consultants and ensure effective documentation during sale / lease and post-sale
Ascertain effective leverage on information technology for efficient processing and reporting of the sales transactions
Oversee the effective development and implementation of an escalation framework for customer queries and complaints
Monitor and guide the negotiations process with Channel Partners, External Consultants , ensure effective cost minimization across the sales, marketing and branding initiatives
Closely monitor the revenue collections status and ensure adherence to the collection timelines; recommend corrective actions in case of delays
Prepare Annual Budget for the department and obtain management approval
Actively participate in recruitment of senior roles within the Department
Undertake performance management for Departmental staff / personnel
Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work
Master in Business Administration, specializing in sales & marketing
20-25 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 10 years in Real Estate, preferably residential real estate in Kolkata
