Job Description

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Team Leadership:

Manage, motivate, and mentor sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and identify opportunities for growth.

Performance Management:

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed.

Brand Management:

Oversee brand strategy and messaging, ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as product development and customer success, to drive business growth.

Campaign Execution:

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Innovation:

Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities, developing innovative strategies to capture them.

Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month
