Responsible for growing the businesses in line with the market pace and tapping the potential that exists for the Brand to increase market share, aiming higher profitability/margins , Maximising Brand utilisation with using marketing skills and innovating methods to sell , expanding the reach with the customers in all channels, Coordination with the Sourcing for products development/ rationalization.
Brief :
- Overall responsibility to Manage the P&L. Contribute to the Company's goals and objectives and improve market share .
- Takes Initiative, Proactive effort to consider new ways of thinking, plan for the future and ignite initiatives.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies, including pricing strategies.
- Synergizing all marketing activities from social media/digital campaigns/Website and Advertising including Product Packaging & all BTL/ATL activities.
- Responsible for E.Com business with Partners & leading Regional Retail outlets, along with General Retail.
- Developing strategic alliances & Go to Market strategies & building solutions that complement the Business and Operations.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments /rural markets to develop and expand market share.
- Develop and execute strategic plans/forecast demand to achieve sales targets and set performance goals .
- To supervise/mentor Sales Heads & Teams of Pan India to drive the defined business objective and monitoring their performance.
- Evaluate/study market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, tracking competition (pricing changes and new products and features).
- Improving /adding new product development/product innovations in coordination with sourcing team to strengthen product portfolio .
- To Monitor Distribution Channel/develop Channel Partner engagement plans to build and strengthen relationships with them and Designing the incentive structures/schemes.
- Maintaining close interaction with the Sourcing and Quality Team .
