Job Title: South Sales head - Educational Institutions and SMELocation: BangaloreResponsibilities:- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential customers within the education sector (colleges, schools) and small to medium businesses for the NewJaisa refurbished electronics.- Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to penetrate the target market and achieve sales goals.- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Proactively identify and approach key decision-makers in educational institutions and businesses to present our NewJaisa refurbished electronics. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities that resonate with the target audience and drive sales.- Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide necessary product training to clients and internal teams as required.- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis of sales performance.- Utilize data-driven insightsto optimize strategies and improve sales effectiveness.Requirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.- Strong understanding of the education sector and small to medium business operations.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and result-oriented.- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite
