Job Description

Location: Coimbatore/Erode Industry: Textile Machinery & Instruments Manufacturing Experience: Min 15 years in Textile Machinery sales & Marketing with International exposure.

Brief JD;

• Textile subject & domain knowledge is a must
• Experience in Capital Textile machinery/instrument / spare parts sales & marketing – minimum of 15 years and knowledge of sales process systems such as planning, production, delivery, and after-sales
• Must have established contacts with Textile corporates, medium and small scale units at Chairman, MD, VP’s, and unit level technical heads (at least with a few) PAN India.
• Must know the overseas market like Bangladesh, Indonesia, Uzbek, Pakistan, Japan, China, Turkey, Central America, Latin America, etc. . Knowing a few critical customers in these regions are preferred.
• Must have the ability & experience to watch closely
• Competition and its strategies
• Textile market, investments, govt. Schemes etc.
• Customer needs
• Should have experience in heading a team size of 10 plus with designations like Zonal, Regional heads, and sales executives.
• Should have experience in selling through and dealing with agents.
• Experience in handling exhibitions in domestic and overseas
• Experience in the business plan, target setting, review, fallback plans, and brand building.
• Sales and Marketing budgeting
• Should be willing to stay in the long term & willing to travel.
