• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks tailored to the housing sector.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements within banking and financial services.
• Analyse potential risks and propose strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Establish and update policies to align with organisational goals and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk awareness and adherence to policies.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior leadership.
• Provide guidance and training on risk management practices to internal teams.
• Support strategic decision-making by offering insights into risk implications.

A successful Head Risk and Policy should have:

• A strong educational background in finance, banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience within NBFC/HFC sector would be preferred.
• Expertise in risk management and policy development within the housing finance sector.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to the housing and not-for-profit industries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• An ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
