Job Description
Role: Head Retail Expansion
Location: Bangalore
Key Accountabilities
- Spearhead the Retail initiative of the company
- Expand the retail footprint to make Company's Store the country's preferred destination for Kitchenware shopping - achieve budgeted top-line & store expansion numbers.
- Responsible for achieving budgeted primary from the stores.
- Responsible for driving the budgeted same store growth across the stores.
- Formulating and implementing a marketing plan for the stores to drive footfalls to the stores.
- Devising marketing initiatives which are non-price led to drive retail
- Fostering alliances to give the stores a competitive advantage
- Ensure retail activations across the stores on a sustained basis as per budget
- Ensure stores are maintained as per company's standards
- Ensure receivables are maintained as per company norms
- Maintaining a harmonious relationship with the franchisees
- Explore New Retail formats to cater to the ever-increasing range of the brand
- Develop a strategic roadmap for COCO/COFO stores.
