Head - Partner Relations ( Strategic Alliance )Location: MumbaiExperince: 4 - 8 yearsMUST HAVES:- Aggressive sales experience - Hunter - acquiring - Strong communication & presentation skills(SERVICES SALES ONLY)- 100% onfieldWHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?- Deliver against agreed sales plan to meet business objective.- Understand customer needs, develop plans to address them and build positive relationship with customers- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively- Explain the concept of our product and services to prospects and arrange demo of services- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to sales team- Promote high quality sales, supply and customer service processes- Report and MIS sharing on current client base and sales funnel- Conduct internal meetings with the customer relations team and senior Sales,Service and Marketing team to create action plans, allocate responsibilities and set internal deadlines for driving key CR initiatives- Analyze customer satisfaction levels and define customer specific plans to ensure delight for all current and prospective customersWHAT YOU NEED TO BRING IN?- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma/ Equivalent Degree (MBA/ PGDM - value added)- 3-4 years' minimum experience in sales/ business development- Strong communication and written skills & result oriented approach- Sharp on in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word- Technical knowledge of automobile- Skill to articulate and present digital demos, solutions online and offlineWHAT YOU GET?- Opportunity to be a part of progressive & rapidly growing organisation- Excellent networking opportunity; connect with prospect all over India- Inter and intra city travel opportunity (ref:updazz.com)
