Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Material Planning
- Space Management
- Store Stock Analysis
- Periodic review of stock level, safety stock and re-order point
- Coordination with Production & QC team for Raw Material requirements
- Ensure FIFO to be followed
- Should be having an exposure for maintain 5's Management
- Should be having an exposure for KAIZEN Management
- Spares Management
- Weekly Internal audits SAP vs Physical
- Monitoring of Receipt & Issues
- Scrap management (Sale & Disposal)
- Ensuring Bin Cards are updated
- PPC report preparation on monthly basis
- ISO SOPS to be followed
- Co-ordination with purchase team and other stake holders
- Preparation of reports & returns, reconciliation and monthly stock statement
- Preparation of monthly stores review presentation
- Training & Development of store team
- Dispatch Planning
- Any other tasks assigned as per requirement.
- Candidate should be Graduate with B.tech (Mechanical) along with MBA.
- Candidates should have experience of 12-20 years in the relevant (Sheet Metal/Sheet Metal Fabrication) industry.
- The ideal candidate should have good communication skills written and verbal.
- Candidate should have a pleasing personality strong analytical, planning, forecasting.
- Candidate must be having an exposure to handle 5000 items and at least Rs. 1.0 Crore projection/Sales in a month.
