The Head O&M - Managed Services will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of managed services, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in the electrical and power industry and the engineering & manufacturing department.

• Lead and manage the operations and maintenance team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the performance of managed services, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and optimize the functionality of equipment and systems within the electronics industry.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all operations.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

A successful Head O&M - Managed Services should have:

• A degree in Electrical/Power engineering or a related field
