Job title - Head Operation & Maintenance Location - Chennai. Years of experience - Minimum 20 years Roles : Should Lead the Operation & Maintenance Engineers (Must) Plan and Execute all the Operation & Maintenance activities (Must) Maintain the plan for the required generation Solar and renewable Project experience is required (Must) Responsibilities : Grass cutting Module cleaning Module testing in case modules are underperforming Reporting and analyzing overall generation Troubleshooting and guiding them in case of a shortfall in generation Operational Activities Meeting the Required Generation needs Accountability of the solar panel cleaning, and vendor management. Module testing in case modules are underperforming Reporting and analyzing overall generation Education: B Tech/ BE - M Tech / ME
