Nagarjuna Fertilizer\'s & Chemicals is looking for a Qualified CA for Head of Treasury Position. Designation: AGM / DGM Experience : 10+ years in relevant job profile Location : Hyderabad (Punjagutta) Industry: Manufacturing Summary The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day operational treasury activities undertaken for the company, assist in any ad hoc projects as required and provide comprehensive support to the CFO. :- 1. Treasury Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive treasury strategies that align with the company\'s financial objectives and support its long-term growth plans. Stay updated on industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to drive informed decision-making. Strategic Finance & Planning, Cost Control, Financial Models 2. Working Capital and Cash Flow Management Monitor and manage the company\'s cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and long-term investments. Develop robust cash flow forecasting models and implement cash flow optimization techniques to maximize working capital efficiency. 3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including interest rate risks, Forex risks, credit risks, and commodity price risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies such as hedging programs, to protect the company\'s financial position and profitability. Ensuring hedging of all transactions, translation and balance sheet exposures to mitigate the risk. 4. Debt and Capital Management Oversee the company\'s debt portfolio including evaluating financing options, negotiating loan terms, and monitoring debt covenants. Develop and execute capital management strategies to optimize the company\'s financial structure and balance sheet. Fund raising (short and long term) Project Financing and Debt Syndication 5. Investment Management: Manage the company\'s investment portfolio, balancing risk and return objectives. Evaluate investment opportunities, assess market conditions, and make recommendations on capital allocation to maximize investment returns. Mergers and acquisitions, Buyback of equity share. 6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders to ensure access to funding sources, credit facilities, credit rating, and other treasury-related services. Negotiate favorable terms for banking arrangements and establish strong communication channels with key financial partners. 7. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure governance and corporate and legal compliances with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, tax requirements (SEBI, FEMA, RBI, FDI, GST, etc.) Maintaining statutory audit and internal audit requirements Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, treasury reports, and risk management assessments for internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Management and the Board. 8. Preparation of MIS Reports: Strong control on business performance management through robust reporting and MIS system Profitability statement (Product, BU-wise and company as a whole) Review and provide variance explanation on actual vs budget analysis. Monitor and review key performance indicators including periodic risk analysis report. Collating accurate information from Annual Reports for analysis of financial statements and publishing stock/ sector specific reports. 9.Preparation of Budget and Business Plan Department-wise, Product-wise, Business Unit-wise and Company as a whole. 10. Team Leadership Manage and develop a team of treasury professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentoring.
