Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Trade at SKITES Pharma Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru. The Head of Trade will be responsible for growing the retail sales of Bangalore Branch, overseeing and managing the day-to-day tasks of the retail sales division, including business planning, finance, and operations, and leading the sales team to deliver on the company\'s goals and objectives. Qualifications Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical retail sales Should be well-versed with the local language i.e. Kannada Should have fair geographical area coverage knowledge of Karnataka Strong ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Familiarity with pharma distribution industry and knowledge of regulatory compliance Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in business administration or commerce or a related field.
