Job Description

The Events & Experiences Lead will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of all events, IPs, and experiential offerings. This high-impact role blends strategic thinking, business development, and operational excellence, with ownership of revenue growth, client relationships, team performance, and innovation in high-value travel experiences.
Business Development & Partnerships

• Lead the sports experiences vertical, designing immersive offerings for the company.
• Build and nurture alliances with brands, talent, and stakeholders in India and Internationally.
• Collaborate internally to craft tailored, high-impact experiences.

Client Management & Engagement

• Introduce innovative experiential formats to elevate the company's sports portfolio.
• Incorporate feedback to continuously improve offerings.

Event Planning & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, both on-ground and online.
• Manage vendors, talent, logistics, and merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and internal processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to maximise engagement.

Profile & Skills Required

• Proven experience in events or experiential marketing, with high-value IPs.
• Strong business development acumen with revenue ownership.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
