Our mission is to revolutionize the way technology supports the agriculture sector through innovative SAAS solutions. : ELAI AgriTech is seeking a dynamic Head of Engineering with a strong background in remote sensing, AI/ML models for AgriTech, and Android development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a track record of working in AgriTech companies. As the Head of Engineering, you will lead and drive the entire tech team while being accountable for the smooth functioning of our technology department. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, fostering innovation and ensuring the development of high-quality products. Remote Sensing and AI/ML: Leverage your expertise in remote sensing and AI/ML models to develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance ELAI AgriTech\'s offerings for the Agriculture sector. Android Development: Lead the Android development efforts, ensuring that our mobile solutions are robust, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals. Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met. Technology Strategy: Contribute to the development of the technology roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and market trends. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including product management and business development, to ensure the seamless integration of technology into our products and services. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience with remote sensing, AI/ML models for AgriTechs. Proficiency in Android development. Prior experience in an AgriTech company is highly preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technology projects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment.
